School in some areas is already out and for my daughter, it will be completed this Friday. I know the students and teachers are happy about having a much needed vacation. I have truly enjoyed spending the days with my precious twin grandbabies this year, and the others when they needed to come have some Granny time. I know I will miss being with the babies everyday (and may end up over here some each day), but I am also looking forward to being able to get caught up on my projects and orders. I have some monogramming and appliquing to get done for the twins summer clothes, plus still working on some of the shorts sets for Hayden for his Disney trip. I have to finish those in the next day or two. Then I am going on vacation with my daughter, her husband and children to the beach- I guess you could say I am the "Nannie" to help take care of the twins. Once back from there, I will be working most days creating cute outfits and gifts. I plan on having a supply of generic baby gifts ready for last minute shoppers for both boys and girls.
Here are a few of the things I have done recently, some for Hayden and some for customers. I also made the monkey outfit for Hayden to match a smocked outfit that Natalie has. Didn't get a good picture of them both in their outfits, they wore them to Logan's Kindergarten Graduation. Granny is so proud of him, he received the Highest Math Award and the Superindents Honor Roll Award. I can't believe he is already to go to 1st Grade.
